Proof of work. Know the work was done.

A report says what happened. A record shows it. Proof of work gives you records to rely on: sessions signed by the client, clock-ins whose location is checked when the phone shares it, and daily reports compared with the sales and activity behind them.

What it does

3 parts3done with you

  • Signed service proof done with you

For prepaid packages: clients sign for each attended session, on their own phone or in front of staff, so remaining sessions and staff pay rest on a record.

  • Clock-in with location done with you

Staff clock in and out on their phone. When the phone shares its location, it is checked, and every correction is recorded for the manager.

  • Daily-report check done with you

Daily reports emailed in an agreed format are checked against the sales, activity and service records available. Gaps are flagged; known timing lags are filtered out.

Where it reads from, and what you get

It reads

  • Signatures your clients give on a phone
  • Clock-ins from your staff’s phones
  • Daily reports emailed in an agreed format
  • Your sales, activity and service records

You get

  • A signed record for each attended session, with a flag where the signature is missing
  • Clock-in times, with every correction recorded
  • The gaps between a report and the records

Who acts: The manager reviews what is flagged. Remaining sessions and staff pay rest on the signed record.

Guardrails

  • Every correction to a clock-in is recorded for the manager.
  • Known timing lags are filtered out, not flagged.
