Lead desk. Know which customers were never answered.

Ardito began here. The Missed-Lead Audit reads your WhatsApp enquiries and shows which customers were never answered, answered late or answered badly. Set up with our team, the lead desk also gives your sales team one queue, where eligible leads get an owner and a next step.

A customer asks. Some wait too long, and some are never answered. Ardito shows you which ones, and your team changes nothing.

Read the film as text

Every enquiry is a customer asking for your attention. Some wait too long. Some are never answered. Ardito finds them: never answered, answered late, or answered badly. Upload one WhatsApp chat, and see in seconds who was missed. It’s free, there’s no account, and your file is not kept. No new inbox. No new app. Your team changes nothing. It’s fair, too: the clock only runs in staffed hours, and skips public holidays. One system. Pick the parts you need. Ardito. Every enquiry answered. Start with a free audit at arditohq.com.

What it does

5 parts3live2done with you

  • Missed-Lead Audit live

The WhatsApp enquiries Ardito can read, checked for the ones never answered and the ones answered late, with the times and an excerpt where the message is readable.

  • Reply-quality coaching live

On the Coach plan, up to 40 answered enquiries per audit are read for replies that miss the mark: a question ignored, a price not given, no next step.

  • Weekly owner digest live

On Watch and Coach, an email in each week with new messages: what was missed, what is still waiting, and a link to the report.

  • Enquiry queue done with you

One queue of leads for your sales team, sorted by urgency, with each lead’s next action on a calendar and a supervisor view across the team.

  • Lead rescue done with you

Leads left to go cold get attention: eligible ones get an owner or a follow-up date, and neglected ones can be handed to an active colleague at the same branch, with safeguards for work already under way.

Where it reads from, and what you get

It reads

  • Your WhatsApp Business number, through Meta’s official connection
  • Or one exported chat, for the free audit
  • Your sales team’s lead records

You get

  • The enquiries never answered or answered late, with how long each waited
  • Replies that missed the mark, each with its reason
  • One queue, with owners and next steps

Who acts: The owner reads the report and the Monday digest. The sales team works the queue.

Every other tool asks your team to change. Ardito doesn’t.

Shared inboxes only measure what your team types inside them, and teams quietly stop using them. Chatbots answer instead of your people. Ardito takes the third path: it watches through Meta’s official connection and reports to the owner, while your staff keep the WhatsApp app they already use.

  1. Shared inboxSees only what is typed inside it, until the team stops using it.
  2. ChatbotAnswers instead of your people.
  3. ArditoWatches the enquiries and reports to the owner. Your staff change nothing.

Official connection

Built on Meta’s coexistence technology: your number stays in the WhatsApp app, and Ardito receives a copy of conversations, including up to 180 days of history for your first audit. Ardito is a Meta-verified Tech Provider and Meta approved our WhatsApp Business Platform integration on 11 September 2026.

Quality, not just speed

Fast is not the same as good. Ardito’s AI reads each conversation and flags replies that dodge the question, quote the wrong thing, or let a buying customer go cold.

Owner’s report, weekly

One email every Monday: what was never answered, what was late, and the unanswered messages themselves. Month-end scorecards per person come later coming.

The watchdog sees what the inbox hides

Every thread accounted for. The red one is the customer nobody answered, until now.

Five minutes to your first audit

  1. Create your workspace

Business name, industry and country. Two minutes.

  2. Connect WhatsApp

Meta’s official window opens, you approve, done. Your phone keeps working; nothing changes for the team.

A phone keeps its WhatsApp chat on screen while a copy of the conversation streams into a glass cube beside it
  3. Read your Missed-Lead Audit

The last 180 days of your enquiries, analysed in minutes: every enquiry graded, the silent ones surfaced, the cost estimated with every assumption printed on the report.

Many enquiry threads converge into five report bars
  4. Keep watch

From then on Ardito monitors continuously and sends the owner a weekly digest. Alerts while a lead can still be saved coming and per-staff scorecards on the Coach plan coming come later.

Red threads of light pass through a glass ring and come out blue

Fair to your team, by design

The clock only runs during staffed hours (Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 18:00 by default) and skips public holidays, so nobody is blamed for a Sunday-night message. A lone “thanks!” is a closed conversation, not a missed lead. Messages recognised as verification codes or supplier invoices are left out. And when Ardito couldn’t read a message, it says so instead of blaming your staff. The rules that tell a real enquiry from a courtesy “thanks” cover English, Malay, Bahasa Indonesia, Tagalog and Singlish, and Chinese sign-offs such as “谢谢”.

Inside the WhatsApp audit

The audit is where Ardito began. This is what it does, line by line. after Meta approval means it is built but opens to customers only once Meta approves our access.

The audit

Missed-Lead Audit live

Every conversation from the last 180 days sorted into never answered, late, on time, still inside the reply window, or excluded, with the first message and the exact staffed reply time on each row.

Up to 180 days of history live

Every audit reads back 180 days. If you share your chat history while connecting WhatsApp through Meta’s window, Meta sends up to 180 days of earlier chats, so your first report covers months, not only the days since you signed up.

Estimated revenue at risk live

Missed enquiries times an assumed 20% close rate times your average sale, in your own currency, with every assumption printed on the report. You set the average sale in Settings. Setting your own close rate comes later coming. Labelled an estimate, because that is what it is.

Median first reply live

In staffed minutes, not wall-clock minutes, so a quiet weekend does not drag the number up.

Quality, not just speed

AI reply grading live

Claude reads up to 40 answered conversations per audit and returns strong, adequate or worth-a-look, with a one-line reason. Coach plan; included in the demo so you can see it before buying.

Named failure modes live

Eight specific reasons rather than a number: question ignored, price not given, no next step, canned line, contradiction, tone, language mismatch, bot deflection.

Per-staff scorecards coming

Monthly, per person, per location. Built on signed-off data only, never on anyone’s self-report.

Chatbot deflection detection live

If your automation answered instead of a person, the grader names it. Owners usually do not know how often this happens.

Fairness, built in

Staffed-hours clock live

Closed means the clock is stopped, not that someone is late. A new workspace runs on default hours, Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 18:00.

Your own staffed hours coming

Hours per day, with more than one window a day, so a clinic open on Sunday or until 10pm is measured on the hours it really keeps.

Public holidays live

Your country’s public holidays are excluded automatically.

Your own closures coming

A renovation week or a staff day out, added once, so the clock stops for it too.

Capture gaps are our fault live

Anything unreadable is excluded from the score and listed as our blind spot.

Courtesy sign-offs are not enquiries live

“Ok”, “thanks”, “sige”, “terima kasih”, a thumbs up. Recognised in the languages our markets actually use, so politeness is never graded as an unanswered lead.

Monitoring and reporting

Weekly owner digest live

One email every Monday: how many enquiries were never answered, answered late and on time, the unanswered messages themselves, and a link to the full report.

Save-it-now alerts coming

A nudge while a lead can still be recovered, not a post-mortem next week.

Multiple locations coming

More than one branch in one workspace, with its own hours, holidays and channels, and a report that says which branch an enquiry came to.

Facebook Page and Instagram enquiries after Meta approval

Messenger and Instagram messages in the same report as WhatsApp. Not open to customers until Meta approves our access.

Why not a shared inbox, or a chatbot

These are the two things a business usually tries first. Both fail in the same place: they need somebody to change what they do all day.

We are not the only missed-lead tool in the world and we do not claim to be. What we have not found anywhere else is the combination: nothing for your staff to adopt, a clock that respects their hours, and a verdict on the quality of the answer rather than only its speed.

Read the actual report first

Not a screenshot and not a mockup: the real engine, run over a month of sample enquiries, graded the same way yours will be. Every number on it is computed, including the ones that make us look bad.

  • done with you

Our team sets these up on your systems after a short scoping call. They run on our server and are checked on a schedule, so our team sees when one stops or falls behind.

See it on your own numbers

Upload one WhatsApp chat and see in seconds which customers were never answered or waited too long. Free, no account, and your file is not kept. If nothing is being missed, you will know that too.
