How Ardito works

Ardito watches the enquiries your business already receives on WhatsApp and tells the owner which ones were never answered, answered too late, or answered badly. Your team changes nothing about how they work.

The whole thing in five minutes

  1. Create your workspace

Business name, industry and country, plus your email and a password. Staffed hours matter: they are what stops the tool blaming your team for a message that arrived at 2am. A new workspace runs on default hours, Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 18:00, closed on Sundays. Setting your own staffed hours comes next in build.

  2. Connect WhatsApp through Meta’s own window live

You approve the connection in Meta’s official Embedded Signup popup, on the phone that holds the number. Your number stays in the WhatsApp Business app, and Ardito never sends a message to your customers. Meta then delivers a copy of new conversations. If you choose to share your chat history while connecting, Meta also sends up to 180 days of earlier chats.

  3. Read your Missed-Lead Audit live

Every conversation from the last 180 days is sorted into never answered, answered late, answered on time, still inside the reply window, or excluded. Excluded means we could not read it, or it was not an enquiry at all. You can run this today on demo data and see the exact report before connecting anything.

  4. Keep watch

From then on Ardito keeps reading. A weekly digest live tells the owner what was missed. Alerts while a lead can still be saved in build and monthly scorecards per person in build come later.

What decides a verdict

Never answered

A readable enquiry arrived and no one from your side ever replied. The report shows how many staffed hours it has been sitting there.

Answered late

Someone replied, but the first reply came after your response target measured in staffed time. The default target is one staffed hour.

On time

The first reply landed inside the target. Speed only. Whether the reply was any good is a separate verdict.

The clock is the fair part

Reply time counts staffed minutes only. A message that arrives on Saturday night at a location that is closed has accrued nothing by Monday morning. Public holidays in your country are excluded automatically. Adding a closure of your own, such as a renovation week, comes later in build. This exists because the opposite is how these tools lose the trust of the people they measure.

Two guards that keep the score honest

Capture gaps are our problem, not your team’s. If any message in a conversation is unreadable, that conversation is excluded from the score and listed separately as our blind spot. It is never counted as a miss.

Not everything is an enquiry. Verification codes, supplier messages, wrong numbers and one-word sign-offs are excluded. The rule fails open: if it is ambiguous, it counts as an enquiry, because an owner would rather review one extra row than miss a real lead.

How the quality grading works

Speed is easy to measure and easy to game. The harder question is whether the reply actually answered the customer. On the Coach plan, Ardito reads each answered conversation and returns one of three verdicts, with a one-line reason an owner can act on.

Strong

Answered the real question and moved it forward. A two-line reply that does this beats a paragraph that does not.

Adequate

Answered, but thin. Nothing wrong, nothing gained.

Worth a look

The customer would still be left wanting. The report says why.

The reasons it can give

The question was not answered · a price was asked for and not given · no next step offered · a canned line stood in for an answer · the reply contradicts something else in the thread · the tone would put a buyer off · the customer wrote in another language and nobody switched · an automated menu answered instead of a person.

Which model, and what it sees. Grading runs on Claude (Anthropic), currently the Sonnet tier. It reads the text of an answered conversation, trimmed to the first few messages. The customer’s phone number or account id is not attached, but anything written inside a message, such as a phone number, is sent as written. If the grader is unavailable the conversation comes back ungraded and the report says so. It is never scored down because a machine could not reach an answer.

Grading never moves a conversation between missed, late and on time. They are separate columns on purpose: a fast reply can be weak, and a late reply can be excellent, and an owner needs to see both.

What Ardito never does

Never messages your customers on its own

No auto-replies, no bots, no “we will get back to you”. It watches and reports. Your people keep every conversation; on Messenger and Instagram the owner can reply from Ardito, and nothing goes out until they click Send.

Never becomes a new inbox

Your team keeps the WhatsApp app on their phones. There is nothing for them to log into and nothing to adopt, which is why it does not quietly stop being used in week three.

See it on your own numbers

The audit is free and reads the last 180 days of your enquiries. If nothing is being missed, you will know that too.
