Tagged honestly: live means it runs today, in build means it does not yet, and after Meta approval means it is built but opens to customers only once Meta approves our access. We would rather lose a sale than have you find out after paying.
Every conversation from the last 180 days sorted into never answered, late, on time, still inside the reply window, or excluded, with the first message and the exact staffed reply time on each row.
Every audit reads back 180 days. If you share your chat history while connecting WhatsApp through Meta’s window, Meta sends up to 180 days of earlier chats, so your first report covers months, not only the days since you signed up.
Missed enquiries times an assumed 20% close rate times your average sale, in your own currency, with every assumption printed on the report. You set the average sale in Settings. Setting your own close rate comes later in build. Labelled an estimate, because that is what it is.
In staffed minutes, not wall-clock minutes, so a quiet weekend does not drag the number up.
Claude reads each answered conversation and returns strong, adequate or worth-a-look, with a one-line reason. Coach plan; included in the demo so you can see it before buying.
Eight specific reasons rather than a number: question ignored, price not given, no next step, canned line, contradiction, tone, language mismatch, bot deflection.
Monthly, per person, per location. Built on signed-off data only, never on anyone’s self-report.
If your automation answered instead of a person, the grader names it. Owners usually do not know how often this happens.
Closed means the clock is stopped, not that someone is late. A new workspace runs on default hours, Monday to Saturday 09:00 to 18:00.
Hours per day, with more than one window a day, so a clinic open on Sunday or until 10pm is measured on the hours it really keeps.
Your country’s public holidays are excluded automatically.
A renovation week or a staff day out, added once, so the clock stops for it too.
Anything unreadable is excluded from the score and listed as our blind spot.
“Ok”, “thanks”, “sige”, “terima kasih”, a thumbs up. Recognised in the languages our markets actually use, so politeness is never graded as an unanswered lead.
These are the two things a business usually tries first. Both fail in the same place: they need somebody to change what they do all day.

We are not the only missed-lead tool in the world and we do not claim to be. What we have not found anywhere else is the combination: nothing for your staff to adopt, a clock that respects their hours, and a verdict on the quality of the answer rather than only its speed.
One email every Monday: how many enquiries were never answered, answered late and on time, the unanswered messages themselves, and a link to the full report.
A nudge while a lead can still be recovered, not a post-mortem next week.
More than one branch in one workspace, with its own hours, holidays and channels, and a report that says which branch an enquiry came to.
Messenger and Instagram messages in the same report as WhatsApp. Not open to customers until Meta approves our access.
The audit is free and reads the last 180 days of your enquiries. If nothing is being missed, you will know that too.
