Effective 1 September 2026, last updated 5 October 2026. These terms govern use of Ardito, operated by Eugenio Palmieri, Singapore ("Ardito", "we").
Ardito monitors a business's own customer-messaging channels, connected by that business through Meta's official APIs, and produces response-time and reply-quality reports. Ardito is a reporting tool: it never sends a message to a customer on its own (on Facebook Messenger and Instagram the business owner can send a reply from Ardito, which goes out only when the owner clicks Send) and does not replace the business's own judgment about its staff. Ardito is self-serve software, identical for every customer: we do not manage, operate, staff, advise or consult on any customer's business, and connecting a channel does not make Ardito a party to how that business is run.
Your conversation data remains yours. We process it only to provide the service, per our Privacy Policy. You warrant that your collection and our processing of it does not breach any agreement binding on you.
Revenue-at-risk figures are estimates built from assumptions you control; they are not measurements or financial advice. Reports can be incomplete where messages could not be captured, and are marked accordingly.
Paid plans are billed monthly per location, cancel any time, effective at the end of the billing period. The free audit does not require payment details.
The service is provided as-is. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim.
You may close your account at any time by emailing hello@arditohq.com from the account’s email address. Closing is not self-serve yet: we close the account and delete its conversation data by hand within 30 days, as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Governing law: Singapore.
