Custom builds. Built around how you already work.

Every business has the check nobody runs, the report someone rebuilds by hand every Monday, the follow-up that depends on one person remembering. Tell us what it is. Our team builds it on the same foundation as the seven modules, connected to the systems you already use.

What gets built

A build is one of five things, or several working together. Each reads the records you already keep and hands its result to a person.

  • A check

Two records that should agree, compared on a schedule, with the differences listed for a person.

  • A report

The figures someone assembles by hand each week, put together for you and sent when you choose.

  • A queue

Work that needs a person, in one list, with an owner and a next step on each item.

  • A draft

The email or message your team writes again and again, drafted from the records for a person to approve and send.

  • A connection

A system you already use, read into the same picture as the rest of Ardito.

How a build runs

  1. A scoping call

You show us the work as it is done today: the files, the systems, who does what. We say honestly whether a build is worth it.

  2. A written scope

What it reads, what it checks, what it gives and to whom, and what it never does. You agree it before anything is built.

  3. Built and tried on your records

Our team builds it and runs it on your own records, and you check the first results before anyone relies on them.

  4. It runs, and it is watched

It runs on our server and is checked on a schedule, so our team sees when it stops or falls behind.

  5. It changes as you do

A new branch, a new supplier, a new rule: the scope is updated and the build follows.

What stays yours

  • Your data stays yours. We do not sell it or train a model on it.
  • The companies that process data for us are named on Security and your data, and a build that needs a new one names it in its scope before work starts.

What a build will not do

  • A build that writes to your customers drafts the message, and one of your people sends it.
  • It does not replace the systems you run. It reads them.

Tell us what you need

Describe the work as it is done today, and what you wish it did. A person reads it and replies, including when the honest answer is that a build is not worth it.
