Yes, and more so than most cloud software, because it isn't pooled with anyone else's.

Your own instance

Members, money and staff records sit on a database and server set aside for your clubs alone, in a region you choose, never a shared multi-tenant pool. Full export or deletion whenever you ask. You own it.

The AI never learns from you

Ardito runs on Claude under Anthropic's commercial terms, your data is never used to train any model. Default deletion within ~30 days, with an optional zero-retention arrangement.

Strict isolation by design

The build tooling is read-only by default, sandboxed, and asks before it changes anything. Each franchisee runs on a separate server and database, a different machine entirely, so there is no shared system between franchisees. Within your own group, club-by-club access is enforced on every screen and checked by automated tests every night.

No. Ardito sits on top of Membr and Ezypay. Head office still mandates them; Ardito reads them, fills the gaps they leave, and gives your team one place to actually run the club.

Is my club's data safe?

Every franchisee runs on their own private instance and database. Your numbers are never pooled with another operator's, and nothing is shared between clubs you don't own.

How long does it take to set up?
